I just moved to the area, so it’s really nice to have a good dental clinic just across the road. Both times I’ve been the staff has been welcoming and helpful. I have very sensitive teeth and they accommodated me during all the procedures, while in the past I had dentists who didn’t care and hurt... my teeth. I’m definitely coming back.

This is now my one and only go-to place! I had a lot of issues with my teeth as a child and had only ever trusted one dentist, so when I moved, I was really reluctant to find somewhere new. After hearing so many great recommendations, I decided to give it a try — and I’m... so glad I did. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now! The whole team is amazing, and I now also come here for Botox treatments and couldn’t be happier with the results and care I receive every time.

I have been to this dental practice a few times. The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. I had a tooth extracted and a permanent bridge fitted today by Doctor Luke Thorley. He explained everything to me what he was going to do and made me feel at ease and he always asks if you are... ok. I have been to several dental practices over the years but this is one of the best I have been to.

I am extremely happy with both the results and the level of care provided. I originally chose this practice for the convenient location, but stayed because of the people. I’ve had hygiene treatments and Invisalign here, and the care has been outstanding throughout. Laura on reception is fantastic and has a real knack for making patients feel at ease. Dr Beth guided me through my Invisalign treatment with endless patience and... meticulous attention to detail, while Dr Luke is not only incredibly skilled but genuinely hilarious, making every visit far less daunting than it has any right to be. "This is the practice the local community have been waiting for. Most dental practices feel too corporate and you will see a different dentist everytime you go. At this practice you certainly will not feel that. Luke is the owner and the lead dentist, and he ensures that all parts of the practice is run exactly... how he wants making sure his patients are absolute priority. He even gives out his personal number to his patients to make sure that all his patients have direct access to him should they have an emergency. "I've been to Royal wharf dental practice today, it felt like I stepped inside a 5star hotel but obviously its dental practice, the team inside are fabulous and very helpful, dental practitioner Luke is on point and his definitely expert in what he does with experience and knowledge and takes good care. "Having always been a nervous dentist patient, this practice has been a game changer for me. I've had treatment here both with sedation and without, and the sessions I've had without have been the most calming, non-anxious dentist appointments I've had. I have faith that Luke knows what he's doing and dental nurse Jade is so... friendly with such a welcoming attitude it takes your mind off what you're doing there. The decor makes it feel more like a spa or salon than a dentist. If you're nervous or have any questions, just ask Luke - he will do his best to put you at ease or answer any concerns. "Without a doubt the best dentist practise I've been to in the last 20 years and I've often been private as well. Not only does it have an unexpected luxury plush look and feel, from my experience it was well organised, friendly and professional. Even from the moment I arrived the receptionist was proficient but welcoming... at the same time. I received a follow-up appointment very soon after my check-up. And the dentist Luke really made sure I fully understand everything before moving forward even providing me with some useful tips going above and beyond. I went in for an emergency appointment as I was in tremendous pain. To add to my misery I also have a dental phobia. However, despite all... my negative thoughts about dentists, Dr Luke Thorley really put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable in the dental chair. I brought my mum to see Dr Luke after an accident at work left her without a front tooth. Not only were Laura and Dr Luke incredibly helpful, efficient and good at their jobs, they were also incredibly kind, which was exactly what my mum needed at that point. From the very first appointment, which was just... an examination, Dr Luke said he wouldn't leave her without a tooth for the week until the next appointment and stayed late to get something together for her. It meant she could leave feeling comfortable and able to smile again, which made a huge difference to her confidence after what had happened. All of the appointments that followed were met with the same level of care, kindness and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly, and my mum felt reassured throughout the whole process. Both my mum and I are extremely grateful for everything they did. Thank you to Dr Luke, Laura and the whole team.

I cannot recommend Royal Wharf Dental highly enough. Over the past nine months, I've had extensive treatment here to fix up my teeth, including fillings, root canals, and crowns, and the care I've received has been exceptional throughout. What stands out most is that the team genuinely has their patients' best interests at heart. They take the... time to explain options clearly and provide honest advice, rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. They are also very conscious of costs and work hard to find solutions that are both effective and affordable. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to provide evidence and documentation of poor work carried out by another dental practice, which helped me better understand the issues I was facing and how to address them. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, with convenient appointment times available to fit around work and other commitments. The team has also shown great understanding and compassion. For example, when a tooth that had previously been filled became infected and required a root canal treatment a few months later, they were very fair and provided a discount on the procedure, which I greatly appreciated. Professional, caring, transparent, and patient-focused – Royal Wharf Dental is exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

I had a dental emergency and can’t thank this practice enough for how quickly and professionally they helped me. After speaking with Laura on reception, she was so concerned by my symptoms that she insisted I come in immediately. I arrived within 10 minutes and despite being fully booked, Luke the dentist, made himself available for... me and carried out the procedure immediately. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Luke told me that if I hadn’t come in when I did, I likely would have ended up in A&E within a few hours. I’m incredibly grateful that they took my symptoms so seriously and acted so quickly. Their care, urgency and professionalism genuinely made a huge difference. Every time I’ve visited the practice, it has been spotless, modern and welcoming. Laura is always kind, reassuring and clearly genuinely cares about the wellbeing of patients. I honestly can’t recommend this practice highly enough! Always exceptional care from start to finish.
