I can’t recommend Royal Wharf Dental and Dr Luke Thorley highly enough.From my very first appointment, Luke took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve and carefully talked me through every stage of my treatment plan. He explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with each step along the way.What really sets Luke apart is his personality. He’s incredibly personable, approachable, and has a great sense of humour, which immediately puts you at ease. Dental treatment can be daunting, but he has a way of making every appointment feel relaxed and stress-free. No question ever felt like a silly question, and he was always happy to help and provide reassurance whenever I needed it.The entire team at Royal Wharf Dental are friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the standard of care has been outstanding throughout. I’ve just had an appointment with Dr. Luke! He’s been extremely helpful, gentle with cleaning my teeth but also super patient and informative answering all my queries and putting me at ease as I’m pregnant. He tailored the treatment example no x ray and a gentler clean due to my pregnancy and explained the next steps very clearly.I’d definitely recommend this dental practice and will be coming for regular checkups.Laura and Dorcas at the reception are extremely friendly and cheerful too which made my day!

I brought my mum to see Dr Luke after an accident at work left her without a front tooth. Not only were Laura and Dr Luke incredibly helpful, efficient and good at their jobs, they were also incredibly kind, which was exactly what my mum needed at that point.From the very first appointment, which was just an examination, Dr Luke said he wouldn't leave her without a tooth for the week until the next appointment and stayed late to get something together for her. It meant she could leave feeling comfortable and able to smile again, which made a huge difference to her confidence after what had happened.All of the appointments that followed were met with the same level of care, kindness and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly, and my mum felt reassured throughout the whole process.Both my mum and I are extremely grateful for everything they did. Thank you to Dr Luke, Laura and the whole team.

I’ve been going to Royal Wharf Dental for the last 3 years, and I can honestly say it’s been nothing but a great experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome that immediately puts you at ease, and that same care carries through every appointment.The whole team is fantastic, but I have to give special thanks to Luke, Antonio and Laura. Their kindness and empathy genuinely stand out - they take the time to explain everything clearly, answer any questions, and make sure you’re comfortable throughout. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, professional and efficient, so you never feel rushed yet never end up waiting around either.Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more involved, I always leave feeling well looked after and confident I’ve had the best care possible. I’ve been going to RW dental practice for many years and have had a range of treatments, from regular fillings and hygiene appointments to implants and crowns. I am extremely happy with both the results and the level of care provided. The team is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to doing the best job, while making sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. I have been to this dental practice a few timesThe reception staff are very welcoming and friendly.I had a tooth extracted and a permanent bridge fitted today by Doctor Luke ThorleyHe explained everything to me what he was going to do and made me feel at ease and he always asks if you are ok.I have been to several dental practices over the years but this is one of the best I have been to.

I cannot recommend Royal Wharf Dental highly enough. Over the past nine months, I've had extensive treatment here to fix up my teeth, including fillings, root canals, and crowns, and the care I've received has been exceptional throughout.What stands out most is that the team genuinely has their patients' best interests at heart. They take the time to explain options clearly and provide honest advice, rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. They are also very conscious of costs and work hard to find solutions that are both effective and affordable.I was particularly impressed by their willingness to provide evidence and documentation of poor work carried out by another dental practice, which helped me better understand the issues I was facing and how to address them.Scheduling appointments has always been easy, with convenient appointment times available to fit around work and other commitments. The team has also shown great understanding and compassion. For example, when a tooth that had previously been filled became infected and required a root canal treatment a few months later, they were very fair and provided a discount on the procedure, which I greatly appreciated.Professional, caring, transparent, and patient-focused – Royal Wharf Dental is exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

After walking past this place more times than I can count, I finally popped in for teeth whitening consultation. And I’m so glad I did. I was greeted by the lovely Laura, who is not only brilliant at her job but instantly made me feel comfortable.I ended up having a cleaning prior, and during the appointment they spotted that one of my teeth was discoloured. Turns out it was actually a dead tooth… something that had somehow been missed countless times elsewhere. Safe to say I was shocked, but also incredibly grateful that someone finally noticed! I’m now on the road to getting my root canal sorted thanks to their attention to detail and genuine care.The whole team clearly work so hard and really know their stuff, but what stood out most was how warm and reassuring everyone was. Professional without feeling stuffy, which made such a difference.Moral of the story: if you keep strolling past thinking “I should book in there one day” do it. Your teeth will thank you later.

I have (unfortunately) had to use many dentists in recent years - both NHS and private - but absolutely none have come close to the excellence of Royal Wharf Dental.Here is a team of professionals in the purest sense - friendly, accommodating, keen to ensure patient comfort and good outcomes.Very low effort from the patient’s point of view. Sit back, relax and let the dentists get to work while you just watch TV…!Dr. Beth got all the work I needed done as quickly and efficiently as possible. No issues, no pain. Very impressed and left with a smile every time.Huge thanks to Laura whose delightful personality and professionalism made it all the more simple to get everything I needed booked in and sorted out.I should hope no more dental operations required but, if they were, I’m pleased to say I’d be in safe hands with the team here.

I had a really great experience at this dental practice. Dr Beth was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I was quite nervous about having a filling done, but they made me feel completely at ease and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable.The treatment itself was smooth and, and the aftercare advice was clear and helpful. I’ve been having Invisalign treatment at Royal Wharf Dental and I’ve had an excellent experience from start to finish.The whole team is friendly, professional and very thorough, and I’ve always felt everything about my treatment plan was clearly explained, including what to expect at each stage of Invisalign and how to get the best results. Appointments run on time, the practice is spotless and feels more like a modern clinic than a typical dentist, which really helps if you’re a bit nervous.The front desk team make booking and changing appointments easy, and communication by phone and email has been smooth and responsive.If you’re considering Invisalign in the Royal Wharf / Docklands area, I’d highly recommend Royal Wharf Dental for both the quality of care and the overall patient experience.

Finding a dentist you can trust and put your faith in can be a difficult thing. But Luke has been my dentist for around ten years now from when he first qualified through to being one of the best in his field as he now undoubtedly is. That’s why I had no hesitation following him when he left my local dentist in Welling to set up his own practice in Pontoon Dock. The distance I now have to travel is worth it for the first class care that Luke and his team provide. From the moment you walk in through the door you are greeted by the ever helpful and smiley dental nurse Laura through to all the other staff like practice manager Kimberley, Alex one of the other qualified dentists at the practice and all the other dental nurses. My dental health has never been better and that’s down to Luke and his team.

I had veneers done at this practice and the results exceeded my expectations. The dentist Dr. Luke, was meticulous and very experienced, and the receptionist coordinator Laura made the whole process smooth and reassuring as I was extremely nervous placing veneers over my teeth. They listened carefully to what I wanted and they made sure to deliver me what I asked for, and now I have a smile that looks natural and suits my face perfectly. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this practice. I am in the customer service industry and all of my clients have said that my teeth have changed my look. My other member of staff from my recommendation has started her Invisalign treatment and is over the moon. A big thank you to the whole practice!!

Just wanted to put an overdue review on Luke & his team at Royal wharf dental & Bromley dental suite! These guys have worked on my teeth for some time now basically family 👍 been nothing but amazing to me the whole time with payments to just friendly banter. Love seeing them & make you feel welcome, they overcome any hurdle that comes in our way to make my perfect smile which I’ve been waiting for a long time…Shoutout to Luke, Laura, Antonio, Alex & can’t forget Suzie! 😎Exceptional work, Keep it up
